Dodge Neon Engine Specs: The Neon SE comes outfitted with a 2.0 liter, 4-cylinder motor that uses 16 valves. The engine, manufactured by Chrysler, is mated to a five-speed transaxle by Chrysler. This arrangement has demonstrated to be an effective style for Dodge.
